Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4 am
- Previous general management or assistant managerial experience in food service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
- Commitment to fostering a positive, fun work environment
- Willingness to work within store operating hours from 6 am to 2 pm
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- Proven hands-on leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of P&L analysis and food cost management strategies
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain quality staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations with an ownership mindset
- Manage daily bakery production and store opening starting as early as 4 am
- Ensure store compliance with audits and quality standards
- Handle catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
- Maintain exceptional customer experience and address customer feedback
- Lead and support the team during peak hours by filling in various positions
- Complete store closing procedures including deposit management and preparation for the next day
