Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- ability to start shifts as early as 4 AM
- prior restaurant management experience
- capability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and intermittent movement
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to upholding company standards and values
- willingness to engage directly in store operations and customer service
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- proven hands-on leadership abilities
- experience with food cost goals and labor targets
- strong team recruitment and development skills
- ability to motivate and inspire team members
- familiarity with P&L analysis is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of store operations
- ensure the store is audit ready
- execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- provide exceptional customer experiences
- manage team during breakfast and lunch rushes
- handle closing procedures and prep for the next day
- perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
