Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant
- ability to manage staff and operations in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food cost control and labor management strategies
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- capacity to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, lifting intermittently
- willingness to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a restaurant setting
- proven ability to manage food cost goals and labor targets
- experience with p&l analysis preferred
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work early morning shifts and close store operations
- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations with a hands-on approach
- ensure store audit readiness and compliance
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
- lead and motivate team during high-volume breakfast and lunch periods
- handle scheduling, inventory ordering, and daily deposits
- foster a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction
- recruit and develop team members for long-term growth
