Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations from opening to closing
- ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- manage team performance during breakfast and lunch rushes
- maintain store readiness for audits and health inspections
- handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory ordering, and depositing daily receipts
- recruit, train, and develop store team members
- monitor and control food costs and labor expenses
