Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant
- ability to manage P&L, food cost, and labor targets
- strong leadership skills
- availability to start shifts as early as 4 am
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- commitment to a hands-on operational approach

- 1-3 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in restaurant settings
- experience in managing profit and loss statements

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily store operations with a hands-on management style
- open the store early and manage first bake preparations
- ensure store is audit ready throughout the day
- supervise catering, mobile, and in-store order execution
- provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- manage staff scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
- close the store and prepare for the next business day
