Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant
  • ability to manage P&L, food cost, and labor targets
  • strong leadership skills
  • availability to start shifts as early as 4 am
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • commitment to a hands-on operational approach

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in restaurant settings
  • experience in managing profit and loss statements
  • ability to control food costs and labor targets
  • strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • experience in recruiting and developing team members
  • excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily store operations with a hands-on management style
  • open the store early and manage first bake preparations
  • ensure store is audit ready throughout the day
  • supervise catering, mobile, and in-store order execution
  • provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • manage staff scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
  • close the store and prepare for the next business day
