Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- previous experience as general manager or assistant general manager in a restaurant environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
- knowledge of food cost control and labor management
- ability to motivate and inspire a team
- keen attention to detail and organizational skills

- experience with P&L analysis and achieving food cost and labor targets

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing
- ensure store is audit ready and compliance is maintained
- manage and support team during peak business hours
- handle catering, mobile, and in-store orders effectively
- maintain exceptional customer service standards
- perform daily administrative tasks including scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- manage financial responsibilities including daily deposits and P&L analysis
