Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior general manager or assistant general manager experience preferred
- ability to work early morning hours
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- capability to handle physical requirements of the job including standing, bending, and lifting
- availability to work within store hours of 6am to 2pm
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on leadership and team motivation skills
- experience with food cost management and labor targets
- recruitment and talent development abilities
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- start early to manage first bake and open store
- ensure store is audit ready
- execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- provide exceptional customer experience
- float in all positions during peak hours
- manage closing operations and prepare for the next day
