Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- 1-3 years of managerial experience in a restaurant or related food service
- Proven ability to manage P&L and control food and labor costs
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
- Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency in profit and loss analysis and achieving food cost and labor goals
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Experience in recruiting and developing staff
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and audit readiness
- Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders ensuring timely and quality service
- Lead the team during peak hours by floating to various roles as needed
- Develop and manage staff schedules, breaks, and labor costs
- Monitor financial performance, food costs and labor targets
- Recruit, develop, and retain quality team members fostering a positive work environment
- Complete administrative duties including inventory management, order placement, and deposit handling
