Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience in a restaurant or related food service
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and control food and labor costs
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • Proficiency in profit and loss analysis and achieving food cost and labor goals
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience in recruiting and developing staff
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and audit readiness
  • Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders ensuring timely and quality service
  • Lead the team during peak hours by floating to various roles as needed
  • Develop and manage staff schedules, breaks, and labor costs
  • Monitor financial performance, food costs and labor targets
  • Recruit, develop, and retain quality team members fostering a positive work environment
  • Complete administrative duties including inventory management, order placement, and deposit handling
