- Valid California Security Guard License
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 1 year of security experience

Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid California Security Guard License
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- exceptional customer service skills
- minimum 1 year of security experience
- dispatch/SOC experience is a plus
- comfortable with technology, including cameras and alarm panels
- Lenel 9000 experience is a plus
- alarm and camera monitoring experience is a plus
- willingness to learn and operate multiple security systems confidently with provided training
- comfortable working outdoors, including during varied weather conditions
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to stay calm and think clearly during emergencies or high-pressure situations
- dependable, reliable, and committed to ethical conduct
- maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards
Job Duties
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- operate access control systems and manage badge issuance and verification
- monitor visitor logs and ensure compliance with site access protocols
- conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to identify and deter safety hazards, security risks, and unauthorized access
- manage access control points, including gate operations and badge checks, to ensure authorized entry
- observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety hazards promptly
- follow established site and company procedures, complying with all client and company policies
