- Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record screening
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Maryland Security Guard License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to write reports using a smartphone

Job Duties
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unwanted or criminal activity
- Monitor property grounds and entrances, reporting safety hazards or suspicious behavior
- Write detailed, accurate reports using a smartphone
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
- contact law enforcement or EMS as needed
- Assist residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining strict professionalism
- Follow dispatch instructions and site-specific post orders
- Work independently or as part of a security team
