Job Requirements
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be available on weekends for events
- Must be able to stand for a full shift
- Must have up to date identification to complete an I-9 form
- Must be able to work a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer
- Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening and meet applicable state, county and municipal security requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a solid/stable work history in the last 6 years
- Drug testing and background screening required
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or security-related role is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment screening and ongoing security officer requirements
- Knowledge of state, county and municipal security regulations is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a professional manner
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicle
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activities
- Report and document any incidents or suspicious activities according to company protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently
- Participate in required training and development programs
