Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Two or more years of relevant experience in VIP front desk or concierge roles preferred
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems
- Knowledge of local area amenities
- Strong problem solving and guest service skills

Job Duties
- Provide extraordinary service consistent with the Ultra-Luxury core service standards AAA 5 Diamond standards Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards and brand attributes
- Operate through 7 different computer systems while managing multi line phones and responding to urgent emails
- Assist VIP casino hotel and convention guest reservations with hotel registration check out and concierge requests
- Identify company executives to ensure all guest reservations are accurate and up to date
- Remain knowledgeable on dining and entertainment venues in Las Vegas to personalize recommendations
- Describe solicit and enroll guests in the MGM Rewards loyalty program
- Communicate effectively through email telephone and face to face interactions
- Pass quality assurance audits including guest service shops concierge knowledge checks and companywide secret shops
- Resolve guest requests and complaints immediately and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Contact hotel guests within 48 hours of reservation to assist with pre arrival requests
- Plan and create itineraries for incoming hotel guests
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to the lounge for registration
- Perform follow up calls for guests who have arrived
- Manage the group inbox responding to email correspondence within 24 hours
- Identify and update guest personal profiles
- Liaise between departments to execute elaborate guest requests and special occasions
