Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Flexibility working weekends including Sunday, evenings, and holiday(s)
- Ability to be on feet for up to 100% of the prescribed shift
- Ability to lift to fifty pounds
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, twist and turn for prolonged periods of time
- Predictable and reliable attendance is required

Job Duties
- Prepare the bar with special attention to sanitation and order
- Present restaurant menus and help members select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders to include running food, bussing and resetting tables
- Answer questions or make recommendations for food and beverage products
- Ensure that each member is billed correctly according to their name and member number prior to the member leaving the club
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/service staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
