Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UHNW households, luxury hospitality, or private service
- Strong knowledge of service etiquette, household operations, and personal assistance
- Experience working in both Miami and the Hamptons strongly preferred
- Ability to cook simple, high-quality meals when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate seasonally
- Flexible, calm, polished, and highly dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a staffed household

Job Duties
- Anticipate the principal’s needs and deliver thoughtful, unobtrusive service
- Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and home readiness at all times
- Assist with personal tasks, packing/unpacking, wardrobe maintenance, and daily routines
- Coordinate packing, logistics, and household transport between Miami and Southampton
- Prepare residences ahead of arrival, ensuring smooth seasonal transitions
- Assist with itineraries, travel schedules, and accommodation logistics for domestic and occasional international trips
- Drive the principal regularly especially in Miami, requiring strong familiarity with Miami routes, traffic patterns, and key locations
- Run errands, manage deliveries, and handle local household tasks
- Provide light cooking when the chef is not available
- Assist with meal service, table settings, beverage preparation, and kitchen organization
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers across both properties
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless communication between teams
- Support event hosting, guest service, and special occasions
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and respect the family’s privacy
- Ensure safety, security awareness, and appropriate protocol in all environments
