Job Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree and one year of experience
  • or any combination of education and experience related to the summary of duties totaling three years
  • must have a current valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree and one year of experience
  • or any combination of education and experience related to the summary of duties totaling three years
  • current valid driver's license
  • knowledge of office methods, techniques, practices, and procedures
  • skills in the use of computers and computer software applications including spreadsheets, outlook, and Microsoft applications
  • skills in organization, database management, and coordination
  • ability to perform a variety of administrative support duties with minimum supervision
  • ability to meet and deal with people of diverse backgrounds
  • ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • ability to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Maintains and updates files, databases, records, and other documents
  • develops and maintains data and performs routine analysis and calculations for internal reports
  • coordinates the preparation and submission of purchase requests and receipts
  • performs confidential administrative support duties including composing routine correspondence
  • obtains factual information requiring knowledge of policies and procedures
