- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation is a plus

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees
- Engage with guests by providing food and beverage menus and recommendations
- Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving guest issues promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Process orders efficiently and accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and bar area, perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure uniform and appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
