Job Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to build, program, and fly group 1-3 UAS
- Experience instructing military personnel
- BA/BS degree with 0-3 years experience or AA/AS degree with 4 years experience or HS/GED with 6 years experience
- Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft
- Ability to obtain FAA Certified UAS Pilot License
- Ability to successfully complete CRC and deploy to CENTCOM theater
- Ability to obtain Amateur Radio Technician License
- Experience with RPV design and fabrication
- Knowledge of Military Decision-Making Process
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Ability to conduct vulnerability site assessments
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent including CONUS and OCONUS
- Proficiency with MS Office and intelligence tools

- Knowledge of Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Proficiency with MS Office and intelligence automation tools
- Ability to define and carry out scenarios utilizing RPV technology
- Ability to interpret customer requirements for RPV use
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Acquire, fabricate, modify, program, and maintain multi-rotor and fixed-wing COTS UAS platforms
- Launch and recover air vehicles, perform pre-flight, in flight, and post flight checks
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS on short notice to disseminate threat information
- Assist with vulnerability site assessments
- Coordinate with national and international intelligence agencies for data sharing and procedures
- Plan and act as safety officer for flight operations during training and test events
- Provide comprehensive technical red-team analysis
- Perform all functional duties independently
- Work and live in a small team environment
