Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant hands-on experience as a technician in aerospace, robotics, mechanical engineering, custom fabrication, or related military occupational specialty
- Proficient in assembly of complex electrical and mechanical systems with strong soldering and wiring skills
- Fundamental understanding of electronics and computer equipment
- Ability to document results using standard office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel and work extended hours
- Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Job Qualifications
- Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have relevant hands-on experience as a technician in aerospace, robotics, mechanical engineering, custom fabrication, or a related military occupational specialty

- Are able to obtain a Secret level clearance with U.S. citizenship
Job Duties
- Assist with the integration of avionics, payloads, and propulsion systems, taking novel uncrewed aerial systems from CAD models and bare airframes to flight-ready vehicles by machining, fabricating, and manufacturing parts
- Perform composite fabrication and repair, component installation, custom wiring harnesses, and soldering
- Assist the field test team, responsible for pre-flight checks, ground station operation, system troubleshooting, and post-flight data analysis
- Handle and operate power systems, electronics, and computer equipment
- Document test results and maintain accurate records using standard office software
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support development and testing activities
- Participate in occasional travel and extended hours to support field testing
