Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must possess computer experience of six months or more
- must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- must be able to navigate electronic devices such as computers, fax machines, printers, and time clock
- must have working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues
- must have experience and understanding of commercial issues in aviation
- must be capable of processing information in a timely manner
- must maintain a valid driver’s license
- must be able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
- must have basic computer literacy
- must have previous ramp or airline experience
- must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment
- must clear an FBI fingerprint background check
- must be physically fit to perform duties including standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
- must be able to repetitively lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
- must be willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions with exposure to loud noises
- must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations
Job Qualifications

- ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
- ability to complete all training requirements and maintain certifications

Job Duties
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis
- ensure Ramp Agents are in personal protective equipment (PPE) and ready to perform duties
- provide input on operational improvements and efficiencies
- report operational feedback for flight delays and performance to leadership
- address security related issues to leadership and conduct meetings
- perform under pressure and meet fixed time constraints
- ensure Ramp Agents adhere to uniform standards
- lift, load, unload, and transport customer bags and cargo to/from aircraft, bag carts, and conveyor belts
- drive and operate ground support equipment
- prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
- ensure necessary ground equipment is available in ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
- follow company and federal safety regulations and procedures
- perform other duties as required
