Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must possess at least six months of computer experience
  • Ability to navigate electronic devices such as computers, fax machines, and timeclocks
  • Demonstrated track record of supervisory experience
  • Experience in operational planning and resource allocation
  • Working knowledge of GSE maintenance
  • Understanding of the commercial aspects of aviation
  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Capable of processing information in a timely manner
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Completion and maintenance of all training requirements and certifications
  • Successful clearance of FBI fingerprint background check
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, lifting, and bending
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and exposure to loud noises
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in supervising a business unit
  • Knowledge of operational planning and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with ground support equipment maintenance issues
  • Understanding of commercial aviation operations
  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in airline or ramp operations preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to complete required trainings and maintain certifications
  • Ability to pass FBI fingerprint background check

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the Cabin Appearance Agents to ensure readiness and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Provide training and support to Cabin Appearance Agents on cleaning operations and company policies
  • Monitor and report flight cleaning quality and operational feedback to leadership
  • Coordinate staffing and resources with supervisors for regular and irregular operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company procedures during aircraft servicing
  • Perform cosmetic arrangement and cleaning of aircraft interiors including seats, galleys, and lavatories
  • Assist in baggage and cargo handling, ground support equipment operation, and ramp area safety procedures
