Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 6 months computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to use electronic devices including computers and timeclocks
  • Proven track record in supervising operational activities
  • Knowledge of ground support equipment maintenance
  • Understanding of commercial aviation issues
  • Valid Driver's License required and must be maintained
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Previous experience in ramp or airline environment
  • Successful completion of training and maintenance of certifications
  • Must clear an FBI fingerprint background check
  • Physically able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds repetitively in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions including exposure to loud noises
  • Flexible availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience supervising a business unit or team
  • Knowledge of aviation operational planning and resource allocation
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with ground support equipment maintenance
  • Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • Completion of required training and certifications
  • Ability to pass FBI fingerprint background check

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin appearance agents in daily cleaning and staging of aircraft cabins
  • Ensure all agents wear personal protective equipment and comply with safety standards
  • Provide training and professional development for cabin appearance agents
  • Collaborate with supervisors on staffing and operational planning for regular and irregular operations
  • Conduct cosmetic arrangement of cabin furnishings including seat belts and headrests
  • Assist with loading and unloading passenger baggage, freight, and cargo
  • Operate ground support equipment and perform FOD checks on the ramp
  • Marshals aircraft during arrivals and departures and reports operational feedback to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
  • Participate in meetings and address security-related issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
