Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of computer experience
  • Ability to use computers, fax machines, printers, and timeclocks
  • Proven supervisory track record
  • Experience in operational planning
  • Knowledge of ground support equipment
  • Understanding of aviation commercial issues
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to process information quickly
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
  • Must complete and maintain training and certifications
  • Successful FBI fingerprint background check
  • Physically able to stand, lift up to 70 pounds, bend, push, and pull
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Able to work extended hours on short notice

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Supervisory experience in a business unit
  • Operational planning and resource allocation experience
  • Knowledge of ground support equipment maintenance
  • Understanding of commercial aviation issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to navigate electronic devices
  • Previous ramp or airline experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of training and certifications required
  • Clearance of FBI fingerprint background check

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin appearance agents in proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Provide training and support for cabin cleaning operations
  • Monitor and report operational feedback to leadership
  • Ensure ramp agents comply with uniform standards
  • Arrange cabin interiors cosmetically for boarding
  • Oversee cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
  • Load and unload passenger baggage, freight, and cargo
  • Operate ground support equipment and perform FOD walks
  • Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • Ensure ground equipment availability for flights
  • Interpret aircraft loading instructions and hazardous materials labels
  • Comply with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Assist with operational planning and resource allocation
  • Address security issues and conduct meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
