Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple locations or teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational metrics to drive business results
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and staff development
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district

Job Duties

  • Leads, coaches, develops, trains, manages, and mentors Store Managers to meet performance standards and adhere to company goals
  • Visits restaurants to evaluate and ensure operational compliance including facilities, staff appearance, food quality and safety, inventory, training, safety protocols, labor scheduling, and employee relations
  • Oversees and assesses restaurant operations for compliance with Operations Manual, government regulations, and company policies
  • Analyzes monthly sales, profit, and budgetary reports and collaborates with Store Managers on cost reduction and sales improvement plans
  • Exercises discretion in addressing business demands and resolves guest and employee complaints and conflicts
  • Oversees development and succession planning for management including training high-potential General Managers and supporting hourly employees
  • Promotes communication within the geographic area, shares company news and best practices, and initiates operational improvement suggestions
