Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five plus years prior General Management experience
- Three plus years QSR experience as a District Manager preferred
- Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation
- Food Handler Permit as required
- Compliance with local Health Department requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Five plus years of prior General Management experience
- Three plus years QSR experience as a District Manager preferred
- Track record of success in leading and coaching high-performance teams
- Current ServSafe certification
- Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to read, write, and interpret routine reports and correspondence
- Strong communication, mathematical, reasoning, and planning skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and adjust priorities
Job Duties
- Leads, coaches, develops, trains, manages, and mentors Store Managers to meet performance standards and company goals
- Visits restaurants, both announced and unannounced, to assess operational compliance including facilities, staff appearance, food quality and safety, inventory management, and labor scheduling
- Oversees restaurant operations ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Analyzes sales, profit, and budget reports to provide feedback and develop cost reduction and sales growth plans
- Resolves guest and employee complaints and conflicts, investigates security and cash violations, and represents the company at regulatory agencies when needed
- Oversees management development and succession planning, preparing high-potential General Managers and supporting assistant managers and hourly employees
- Promotes communication within the district, shares company news and best practices, and leads operational improvement initiatives
- Ensures implementation of new products, programs, and training
- Oversees new unit openings and restaurant remodeling
- Participates in annual operating budget preparation
