Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five plus years prior General Management experience
- Reliable transportation
- Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
- Compliance with local Health Department requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple locations
- Experience in budget analysis and cost management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required BA BS degree preferred
- Five plus years prior General Management experience required three plus years QSR experience as District Manager preferred
- Track record of success in leading managing coaching developing high-performance teams
- Ability to read write and interpret reports documents and correspondence
- Effective oral communication skills with internal customers external guests and vendors
- Ability to listen respond to customer needs and make presentations
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide using whole numbers fractions and decimals
- Competency in computing rate ratio percent and interpreting bar graphs
- Ability to solve practical abstract problems and interpret written oral diagram or schedule instructions
- Ability to plan work assignments manage competing demands work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
- Adaptability to change and ability to adjust priorities
Job Duties
- Lead coaches develop train manage and mentor Store Managers ensuring performance standards adherence and operational goals achievement
- Visit restaurants announced and unannounced to evaluate operational compliance including facilities staff appearance food quality safety inventory management training safety protocols labor scheduling and employee relations
- Oversee and assess restaurant operations to ensure compliance with company standards policies procedures and legal regulations
- Analyze monthly sales profit and budgetary reports provide feedback and direction collaborate with Store Managers to develop plans for cost reduction sales increase and profit maximization
- Exercise discretion addressing changing business demands
- Resolve guest employee complaints and conflicts promptly investigate security cash violations represent company at regulatory agencies
- Oversee management development succession planning prepare General Managers for advancement facilitate Assistant Manager and Shift Leader development support hourly employees
- Promote communication sharing company news events best practices maintain open channels for suggestions conduct meetings interact professionally as team leader initiate cost-effective improvement suggestions provide data for policy development
