Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage preferred
  • Ability to work long shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous food and beverage experience is an asset
  • Must be highly organized and able to work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Completes work processes and checklists that support the core value of quality
  • Communicates and interacts in alignment with the core value of honesty

  • Maintains a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during guest encounters
  • Ensures the restaurant and related areas are kept picture perfect
  • Welcomes and seats guests promptly and courteously
  • Maintains an organized reservation system and tracks table availability
  • Develops excellent knowledge about menu items and can answer guest inquiries
  • Maintains accuracy in taking and delivering orders
  • Adheres to all food and alcohol service regulations
  • Reports safety hazards immediately to supervisor
  • Performs other assigned duties
