Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage preferred
- Ability to work long shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Completes work processes and checklists that support the core value of quality
- Communicates and interacts in alignment with the core value of honesty

- Maintains a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during guest encounters
- Ensures the restaurant and related areas are kept picture perfect
- Welcomes and seats guests promptly and courteously
- Maintains an organized reservation system and tracks table availability
- Develops excellent knowledge about menu items and can answer guest inquiries
- Maintains accuracy in taking and delivering orders
- Adheres to all food and alcohol service regulations
- Reports safety hazards immediately to supervisor
- Performs other assigned duties
