Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- successful completion of Twin Peaks Girl training program
- must agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- must attend orientation and required certifications including food and/or alcohol service
- must meet physical demands of the position
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to read and understand the menu
- experience with computerized register systems preferred
- good mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- strong interpersonal and entertainment skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Adhere to all presentation guidelines
- interact with and entertain guests
- promote events and specials to support business profitability
- provide best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, suggestive selling, pre-bussing, and settling checks
- maintain compliance with costume and appearance standards
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
