Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to apply common sense and carry out simple instructions
- Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods
- Capable of lifting or moving up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Must attend and complete Twin Peaks orientation and training
- Must maintain any required local and state food and alcohol service certifications during employment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to read and understand the menu
- Proficiency in writing and ringing in tickets
- Skilled in using a computerized register system
- Able to suggestively sell menu items
- Capable of entertaining guests with a fun and energetic personality
- Willingness to complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program and any other required certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to all presentation guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
- Best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing orders, delivering food and drinks, checking for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks properly
- Maintaining compliance with Twin Peaks costume guidelines during shifts and special events
- Completing all required training programs and certifications
- Performing any other duty or responsibility assigned by management
