Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training
- Must successfully complete Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working unsupervised
- Must maintain any required food and/or alcohol service certifications during employment
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects and communicate
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Must have close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to read and understand the menu
- Ability to write and ring in tickets
- Ability to operate a computerized register system
- Ability to suggestively sell menu items
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
- Must attend and successfully complete Twin Peaks Girl training program and any other required certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to all presentation guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
- Best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling the check properly
- Maintaining compliance with costume guidelines, including participation in optional costume parties
- Performing any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
