Job Requirements
- must attend and complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program
- must comply with Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines
- must maintain any required food and alcohol service certifications during employment
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds
- ability to apply common sense and understand simple instructions
Job Qualifications
- ability to effectively communicate in English
- ability to read and understand the menu
- ability to write and ring in tickets
- ability to operate a computerized register system
- ability to suggestively sell menu items
- ability to communicate effectively with guests to entertain
Job Duties
- adhere to all presentation guidelines
- interaction with and entertainment of guests
- promote events and specials that enhance business profitability
- provide best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks
- check back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and properly settling checks
- perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management
