Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Capacity to handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- Capability to mathematically compute proper change and settle checks accurately
- Completion of orientation and agreement to Twin Peaks policies and procedures
- Successful attendance and completion of Twin Peaks training program
- Maintenance of required food and alcohol service certifications
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and use hands and arms frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Adequate vision including close, peripheral, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to read and understand the menu
- Skilled in writing and ringing in tickets accurately
- Proficient in operating computerized register systems
- Ability to suggestively sell menu items
- Ability to entertain and engage guests
- Completion of Twin Peaks Girl training program
- Compliance with local and state food and alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- Adhering to all presentation guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the goodwill and profitability of the business
- Best-in-class service and hospitality including greeting guests, executing food and drink orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Complying with costume and presentation standards including during optional costume parties
- Completing all required training and certifications prior to working independently
