Job Duties

  • Handle all transactions necessary to complete duties including service and parts customer payments
  • record keeping

  • Refer customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individuals
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity, poise, and pride
  • Take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
  • Balance cash drawer daily
