Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to navigate/move about the facility to deliver meals and take meal orders
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Willingness to adhere to organizational policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Suggests and takes menu orders and serves food and beverages
- Works with food and beverage supplies including small trays, carafes, coffee pots, plates, silverware, dishes and glassware
- Adheres to and applies all Food Server Standards of Excellence
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Interacts with team members, other staff and residents
