Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of housekeeping experience preferred
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to carry and use a radio and earpiece discreetly
- Compliance with San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission licensing if required
- No driving responsibilities necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues
- Personable and professional with discretion in communication
Job Duties
- Clean all guestrooms, make beds, provide clean terry and robes
- Clean, dust, sanitize, collect garbage, replenish all supplies and amenities
- Respect guest requests and preferences and adhere to policies and laws
- Report maintenance issues to Office Coordinator or Supervisor
- Provide evening turndown service and prepare guestroom ambiance
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Follow OSHA rules for chemical use and maintain equipment properly
