Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Ability to carry and use a radio and earpiece discreetly
- Compliance with gaming license requirements if applicable
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions
- Capable of working in a fast-paced high-demand environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and productivity expectations
- Ability to identify and prioritize issues
- Personable and professional with discretion in communication
Job Duties
- Clean all guestrooms including making beds and providing clean terry and robes
- Clean, dust, sanitize, collect garbage and replenish collaterals, supplies, amenities, coffee pods and condiments
- Provide turndown service in the evenings and prepare guestroom ambiance for guests to relax and sleep
- Conduct inspections of guestrooms to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Follow OSHA rules for chemical usage and ensure proper labeling of hazardous supplies
- Maintain and use equipment according to health and safety guidelines
- Motivate and support team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests to supervisors
- Perform other duties to support department operations
