Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of two years housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
Ability to carry and use a radio and earpiece discreetly
Compliance with gaming license requirements if applicable
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions
Capable of working in a fast-paced high-demand environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of two years of housekeeping experience within an upscale hotel preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and productivity expectations
Ability to identify and prioritize issues
Personable and professional with discretion in communication

Job Duties

Clean all guestrooms including making beds and providing clean terry and robes
Clean, dust, sanitize, collect garbage and replenish collaterals, supplies, amenities, coffee pods and condiments
Provide turndown service in the evenings and prepare guestroom ambiance for guests to relax and sleep
Conduct inspections of guestrooms to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
Follow OSHA rules for chemical usage and ensure proper labeling of hazardous supplies
Maintain and use equipment according to health and safety guidelines
Motivate and support team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
Report maintenance issues and guest requests to supervisors
Perform other duties to support department operations
