Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time including weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping duties such as bending, lifting, and walking
- Basic communication skills in English
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or turndown service preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends, weekdays, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide turndown service including partially removing and storing bedcover, fulfilling specified guest preferences, and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
- Clean and stock guest rooms as assigned, including cleaning bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces
- Change bed linens
- Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room
- Vacuum and empty trash
- Conduct visual room inspection upon completion
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines
- Perform Room Attendant and other Housekeeping services as requested
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
