Job Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time
  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends, weekdays, and holidays
  • Ability to adhere to Hilton’s core values including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures

  • Willingness to comply with property-specific and collective bargaining agreement conditions if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or turndown service experience is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, weekdays and holidays
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

  • Provide turndown service to include partially removing and storing bedcover, fulfilling specified guest preferences, replenishing amenities, linens and supplies
  • Clean and stock guest rooms as assigned including cleaning bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces
  • Change bed linens
  • Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves
  • Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest room
  • Vacuum and empty trash
  • Conduct visual room inspection upon completion
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel’s green guidelines
  • Perform Room Attendant and other housekeeping services as requested
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
