Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or luxury hotels preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be customer-service oriented
- Willingness to work variable schedules including evenings
- Ability to use and handle cleaning equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a four-star luxury hotel brand preferred
- Ability to utilize computer software and hardware
- Effective English communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer-service oriented with excellent hospitality skills
- Knowledge of additional languages preferred
Job Duties
- Turn down guest rooms according to Nobu Chicago service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
- Use proper cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Arrange guest personal items respectfully
- Replace used linens, amenities, and towels
- Assist with making up cribs and rollaway beds
