Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures
- good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks involving bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to adhere to company standards and policies
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- Prepares the guest room for turndown service
- removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet
- wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
- folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
- removes room service trays and dishes and carts to service landings
- replaces used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the minibar with clean china, glasses and cutlery from the room attendant pantry
- removes garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom
- closes drapes based on applicable standard, reduces lighting, turns music on softly and prepares bed
- submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, public areas and back of house areas to the engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of housekeeping management
- adds special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience, for example, microfiber cloth, bookmarks, travel bags
- restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens and coffee, tea and sugar sachets
- prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- performs full room attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
- complies with four seasons' category one and category two work rules and standards of conduct as set forth in empact
- works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
