- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
- US work authorization required
Job Duties
- Provide turndown service along with daily guest room service
- Anticipate and customize guest needs proactively
- Ensure all guest rooms are clean and meet Four Seasons standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain knowledge of available menu options for guest services
- Work cooperatively with the Rooms Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding guest room maintenance
