- Must be fully flexible to work any night of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work any shift between the hours of 7am-11pm if required for training or business needs
Job Duties
- Prepare guest rooms for evening occupancy by turning down bed linens, folding back duvets and sheets, and fluffing pillows to create an inviting sleeping environment
- Place turndown amenities in guest rooms, such as chocolates or breakfast menus, according to hotel standards
- Make beds and refresh linens as needed, ensuring all bedding meets cleanliness and presentation standards
- Perform light cleaning and dusting, including emptying trash, removing Room Service dishes and trays, and tidying the room
- Provide clean towels and bed linens upon request and replenish guest room amenities as necessary
- Close drapes, adjust lighting to evening settings, and ensure the room ambiance is welcoming for returning guests
- Retrieve and deliver requested items to guests promptly and courteously
