Job Requirements
- 10 years or more experience using Primavera
- 5 years or more experience in executing turnarounds
- 5 years or more experience in planning turnaround work
- Knowledge of TA work processes in manufacturing
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 software
- Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines
- Capacity to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in TA work processes used in manufacturing sites
- Proficient computer skills including Primavera P6
- 10 years or more experience using Primavera P6 for TA scheduling
- 5 years or more experience in executing turnarounds
- 5 years or more experience in planning turnaround work
- Familiarity with industry benchmarks such as Solomon studies
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Job Duties
- Develop detailed schedules of TA activities during the planning phase
- Coordinate TA schedules with internal and external groups
- Update, change, and track schedules during execution phase
- Ensure scheduling compliance within Scheduling Premises Document requirements
- Verify and finalize scheduling for full TA events up to $50 million or 200,000 direct field labor hours
- Drive schedule update analysis and reporting during execution
- Balance and deliver results in safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost performance areas
