- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service ethic
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide turndown service including changing linens in bathrooms, bedrooms, and rollaway beds
- Clean and replenish amenities and supplies to prepare rooms for nightfall
- Fulfill special guest requests regarding linens, pillows, and bed firmness
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest needs
- Embody company values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity
- Maintain physical stamina by standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks requiring dexterity
- Work varied schedules including weekends and holidays to meet hotel demands
