Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English language

Job Duties

  • Provide turndown service including changing linens in bathrooms, bedrooms, and rollaway beds
  • Clean and replenish amenities and supplies to prepare rooms for nightfall
  • Fulfill special guest requests regarding linens, pillows, and bed firmness
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest needs
  • Embody company values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity
  • Maintain physical stamina by standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks requiring dexterity
  • Work varied schedules including weekends and holidays to meet hotel demands
