Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent GED
  • Two years of previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services as a supervisor or lead person
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, cleaning techniques, equipment, and services derived from large public venue
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in non-conditioned environment
  • Ability to interact courteously and professionally with employees, clients, public, and vendors
  • Ability to work irregular schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee an event and post cleaning crew who perform cleaning duties at various stadium locations including suites, clubs, elevators, escalators, lobbies, concourses, restrooms, seating bowls, plazas, and gates
  • Set up all required cleaning equipment for assigned areas
  • Collect keys through the stadium Key-Watcher System and return keys at shift end
  • Assign teams based on event deployment or post cleaning plan
  • Issue and collect uniforms, radios, and equipment ensuring all items are returned at the end of the shift
  • Provide job assignments to team members and supervise staff during events
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure work meets building standards
  • Submit staffing sign-out sheets and cleaning inspection checklists to managers
  • Communicate facility issues and cleaning progress to on-site management
  • Attend staff meetings to improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, harassment-free work environment complying with all regulations
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
