Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of guest service experience
- Minimum two years of driving experience
- Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Must obtain Washington State Driver’s License within 30 days if hired from out of state
- Must have a clear driving record and meet insurance criteria
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Must pass medium level agility exam
- Must be flexible to work all TGO properties
- Must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Must be willing to work any shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- Successful employment history with Tulalip Tribal or other entities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of guest service experience
- Minimum two years of driving experience
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing and agility exam
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Park guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Retrieve guest vehicles promptly upon request
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valet area
- Operate a variety of vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions
- Comply with safety and security protocols
- Assist guests with directions or information as needed
