Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Must have a clear driving record and meet insurance criteria
- Must be flexible to work all TGO properties
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribal or other employment entities
- Must undergo periodic drug and alcohol testing
- Must pass a medium level agility exam determining physical capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year guest service experience
- Minimum of two years driving experience
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a medium level agility exam
- Valid state driver's license
Job Duties
- Greet guests politely and professionally
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate a variety of cars including automatic and manual transmissions
- Ensure the security and protection of vehicles while on duty
- Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Comply with all safety and operational protocols and undergo necessary drug and alcohol testing
