Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Clear driving record meeting insurance criteria
- Ability to pass medium level agility exam
- Successful completion of background investigation for Tribal Gaming License
- Flexibility to work all TGO properties
- Willingness to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- Prior successful employment history with Tulalip Tribal or other employment entities
- Compliance with periodic drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year guest service experience
- Minimum of two years driving experience
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check for Tribal Gaming License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with guests and team members
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage
- Adhere to safety and operational procedures
- Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service
- Perform periodic vehicle area checks and maintain cleanliness
