Job Requirements
- 5 years of program management experience with consumer-facing products
- Self-starting, self-directed, results producing and self-sufficient
- Flexible and open working style with ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a dynamic, results driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Job Qualifications
- Experience in designing and operating highly distributed, scalable and available systems
- Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of running complex cross functional software projects
- Ability to work in dynamic, results driven environment
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- Hands-on experience building and delivering client software, web and internet services
Job Duties
- Release the right set of features for our customers on time and with high quality
- Drive all aspects of the software development process including documenting requirements, scoping work, planning, scheduling, crafting, implementing and shipping
- Work cross-functionally across Apple to leverage collective skills and intelligence
- Discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to ensure visibility and establish goals
- Make critical decisions and trade-offs to ensure program success and help define product vision and strategy
- Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues
- Connect with every organizational level from individual contributors to executives
