Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent
- must be flexible with schedule - able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts
- ability to carry and balance a tray
- ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- candidates must possess valid US work authorization as this position is not eligible for work sponsorship or visa

Job Duties
- Stock and restock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service and bar ensuring all are polished and in good condition
- prepare condiment and garnish items and food and beverage items as needed
- set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant during the shift
- greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents, anticipate and service guest needs proactively
- assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen and safely transporting it to guests, remove items from tables
- breakdown, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- assist with responsibilities and duties in absence of or due to heavy volume in food and beverage areas
- move tables, chairs, and other items pertaining to operations
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
