Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent
  • must be flexible with schedule - able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts
  • ability to carry and balance a tray
  • ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
  • basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • candidates must possess valid US work authorization as this position is not eligible for work sponsorship or visa

Job Duties

  • Stock and restock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service and bar ensuring all are polished and in good condition
  • prepare condiment and garnish items and food and beverage items as needed
  • set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant during the shift
  • greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents, anticipate and service guest needs proactively
  • assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen and safely transporting it to guests, remove items from tables
  • breakdown, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
  • assist with responsibilities and duties in absence of or due to heavy volume in food and beverage areas
  • move tables, chairs, and other items pertaining to operations
  • perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
  • comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
  • work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
