Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift
- Must be able to lift, balance, and move food trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must have visual acuity and hearing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, weekends, and weekdays as needed

- Experience in fine dining, catering, or luxury service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Set up buffet areas and stations as per company standards
- Monitor and refill cooked and cooled food items at the buffets
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties
- ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
- Run food orders from the in-seat kitchen to the dining room
- Attend to guests' needs for beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly and in adherence to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining room
